Cast-Iron Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp thyme or rosemary (fresh or dried)

Instructions:
1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chicken and sear 5–6 minutes on each side, until golden.
4. Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the pan. Spoon garlic butter over chicken for 2–3 more minutes.
5. Remove from heat and let rest. Serve with rice or roasted potatoes.
