Japanese Wagyu

Japanese A5 is the highest grade Japan awards Wagyu beef, with marbling so dense the steak looks almost white. We carry three cuts: A5 filet mignon (6 or 8 oz), A5 boneless NY strip (12, 16 or 20 oz) and A5 boneless ribeye (12 or 16 oz).

A5 is rich, so plan on smaller portions than a regular steak: slice it thin and share. Sear it fast in a hot pan; no oil is needed. Every order is packed by our butchers in the Bronx and shipped FedEx overnight.
