No Returns Accepted

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.

Refunds

While returns are not possible, we stand by our products and will issue a refund if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product does not meet the quality standards promised at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery. To help us resolve your claim quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
