How to Cook This Cut

Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Season steaks with salt and pepper. Grill over high heat: NY Strip 4-5 min/side, Ribeye 5-6 min/side, Filet 4-5 min/side for medium-rare. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
