
Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Brush chicken with olive oil and press into the breadcrumb mixture.
4. Place on baking sheet and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and cooked through (165°F).
5. Optional: broil 1–2 mins for extra crisp. Serve with pasta or a Caesar salad.
