Ingredients
- 1 pound pre-sliced NYPB beef or chicken
- 2 tablespoons neutral oil
- 3 cups sliced vegetables
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Cooked rice
Method
- Step 1: Pat the protein dry. Mix soy sauce and vinegar in a small bowl.
- Step 2: Heat a wok or wide skillet until very hot. Cook the protein in small batches, then transfer it to a clean plate.
- Step 3: Stir-fry the vegetables until crisp-tender. Add garlic and ginger for the final 30 seconds.
- Step 4: Return the protein and any juices to the pan. Add the sauce and toss until glossy and fully heated.
- Step 5: Serve immediately over rice.
